"Were there not ten cleansed? but where are the nine?" asked the Master. As I would not be found among the ungrateful ones, I herewith wish to offer my testimony. For eight years I was afflicted with a severe abdominal trouble. I suffered with pain in the back, with weariness and headaches, the latter dating since childhood, and whenever I did hard work, I would have to stay in bed for days at a time. Besides this, I never knew what it was to have good sleep. How often did I wish I might be one hour without pain! But all these conditions have disappeared. A dear neighbor of mine brought a copy of the Herold for me to read, and I soon decided to have Christian Science treatment. A practitioner in Basel led my thought away from my ills, whereupon the healing went on steadily though slowly. Almost a year has gone by and now I am entirely well. I feel that I cannot be too grateful to Mrs. Eddy and to all who have helped me.
