It is with a heart full of gratitude that I wish to tell what Christian Science has done for me. About ten years ago I received help for chronic bowel difficulty. Since that time I have passed through many hard trials, depending entirely on God for guidance. I am learning more and more what it means to watch our thoughts. If we allow wrong thoughts to gain admittance, ere long our body will manifest what these thoughts lead to. Then our work is, or should be, constantly to have and entertain only good thoughts. Mrs. Eddy tells us on page 211 of "The First Church of Christ, Scientist, and Miscellany," what this evil is, and on the opposite page, in "What Our Leader Says," she teaches us how to overcome it. My healing has been wonderful, and I am beginning to know the peace, joy, harmony, and health that come from the understanding we get of the Bible through studying "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mrs. Eddy, for which I am more grateful every day.
