It gives me great pleasure to tell what Christian Science has done for me. One morning I noticed that my left eye was inflamed. I paid no attention to it, thinking that perhaps there was something in it. About a week passed, however, and it became worse, so I went to our family physician. He treated the eye for three months and then both eyes became affected. When he found he could do no good, he sent me to a hospital, where I received one month's treatment without obtaining any relief. I then went to another hospital, with the same result. My mother thereupon took me to an eye specialist, who said I had a foreign disease of the eyes. He treated them for about six months, but without helping me. I wore dark glasses all this time.

When all material aid had been proved of no avail, I came to Christian Science, and after reading Science and Health and having treatment for six months, my eyes were well and I no longer needed to wear any kind of glasses. I also received many other blessings. I am very grateful for this truth which has been given to us through Mrs. Eddy.
