It is with the deepest gratitude that I look back over the past fifteen years and count some of the blessings which have come to me through the understanding of Christian Science. While the way has at times seemed rugged, I thank God that I know it is only a lack of understanding which brings discord. I have never doubted for one moment that Christian Science is the Christ-teaching which Mrs. Eddy has rediscovered and brought to this age in a way that we may all understand, if we are faithful in our study of the Bible and our text-book, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mrs. Eddy, and apply it in our every-day lives. I have been healed of many ailments, and find the truth a great help in every way, for it can be applied in all our problems, and it brings peace and harmony as we come in contact with our brothers and sisters. For the physical healing which I have received I am truly grateful; but when I realize the spiritual uplift that comes to me daily, I stand in deepest humility before the majesty and might of divine Truth, and can only express my gratitude and appreciation by striving to live Christian Science more faithfully.
