In December, 1903, our daughter, then five years of age, was suddently taken very ill. She was unconscious for some time, and for several days and nights we were kept in terrible suspense by our fears. She was either sleeping, so that we could scarcely arouse her, or suffering when awake. When hope of her recovery had almost fled, a telegram was sent during the afternoon to a Christian Science practitioner for treatment, and by evening there was a change for the better. After one week's treatment in Christian Science, the child was healed.
