I wish to express my gratitude to God, also to our beloved Leader, Mrs. Eddy, for my healing through Christian Science. Two years ago, I was suffering from what was pronounced an organic condition, which a prominent western physician said would cause me to be an invalid the rest of my life, and that I must undergo an operation, which would temporarily relieve me. He examined my heart, and because of its abnormal action advised me to leave the high altitude at once.
Having passed through a great sorrow and being overcome with fear and discouragement, I gave up all hope, and returned to a lower altitude, near my former home, to be where my mother could help to care for me. Shorty after my return, while looking for a certain location, I was sent to the home of a Christian Science practitioner, and after talking with her, I realized that there was help for me. In a few days I began to take treatment, and in less than three weeks I was healed, and the heart condition soon became normal. I gradually regained strength, and step by step, as I have realized man's relation to God, discordant conditions have been overcome, and peace and harmony have come into my life. I have also learned that nothing satisfies but divine Love.
Every ill has been promptly overcome for my little girl, who loves the truth. I am truly grateful for every channel of good that has helped me in my effort to follow Christ, and it is my earnest desire to be led by divine Mind, and to be called a child of God.—Mrs. Bina M. Harris, Omaha, Neb.
