Like many others, I can gratefully say thank I was healed through Christian Science. Paralysis of both arms and nerve exhaustion was the medical diagnosis of the trouble, one of the doctors being a prominent nerve specialist, who said the first-mentioned trouble was the worst case of its kind he had known. I sought relief in various ways under the doctors' instructions, but two years brought no permanent results for the better.

For some time I had been urged by relatives (though they were not Scientists) to try Christian Science, but a misunderstanding of it kept me from doing so. Finally I yielded, agreeing to postpone a change of plans for two weeks to make the experiment, though feeling quite sure it would prove a failure, and secretly almost hoping it would, so that I would hear no more about Christian Science. There was, however, decided improvement from the beginning of the treatment, and within eight weeks the cure was complete. I immediately resumed my work, something I had not expected to be able to do again. The cure was also permanent, for over five years have since passed without a return of these troubles.

I wish I could tell as easily of the other and more important ways in which Christian Science has helped me. It is constantly taking from me a sense of criticism, doubt, fear, discouragement, limitation, etc., and giving abundant good, health, and happiness in return. I am very thankful that Mrs. Eddy has made it possible for all to share in the results of her discovery, and thankful for all the means she has so carefully and wisely provided toward this end.
