I wish to tell of the healing which I received through Christian Science in a case of acute stomach trouble. I awoke one night with a severe pain, which I could not overcome; so I called to my husband, who as soon as possible applied hot baths, as had been my habit; but they brought no relief. Finally I asked him to telephone to a Christian Science practitioner, which he did, and in less than an hour I was sleeping very quietly. I feel very grateful to divine Love for the help that this truth has been to me in many other ways.

Three years ago our baby boy was healed of hip disease by my rudimentary knowledge of Christian Science. It was an object-lesson to me, so I concluded to drop medicine entirely and rely on the "great Physician." I had depended upon medicine for a dozen years, but I brushed it aside forever and with the Bible in one hand and Science and Health in the other I started the fight for freedom. Not only was a chronic bowel disorder put to flight, but colds, inflammation, fever, limitation, daily problems, fear, accidents, and all sorts of mortal ills were placed in the unreal column.
