There are many who do not subscribe to the Christian Science...
Anderson (Ind.) Herald
There are many who do not subscribe to the Christian Science doctrine, but there are few who do not realize that in the death of Mrs. Eddy one of the greatest women of this or any other generation has gone. Barring all reference to the value of her creed, and most people whether they subscribe to it or not will admit its great value, it is enough to know that in the space of one life she has created one of the great religious institutions of the period and counts her followers by the hundreds of thousands. Her influence on her own generation was great and all for good. It is more than possible that it will extend, through her books and disciples, to many generations to come, and be one of the great factors in the development of humanity.
