It has been my desire for a long time to tell the readers of the Sentinel what Christian Science has done for me. I was considered an invalid; had been weak from childhood, and at the time I found Christian Science was suffering from stomach and heart trouble. I could not eat anything without being distressed, and also suffered from other ills. I was advised by a friend to try Christian Science; which I did at once. I went to see a Scientist, and had a helpful talk with her. She loaned me a copy of "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures," and I began to read it. I soon found that it contained the truth for which I had been wishing. Through the reading of this book I have been healed of those ailments, and I have found that God is the only physician for me. God was my only help on two occasions, at the birth of my two children. The births were natural and almost painless. I cannot express my deep gratitude to God, and to Mrs. Eddy, the Discoverer and Founder of Christian Science.
