In the harvest of 1906, while repairing a hay elevator, it fell on me. hurting my right wrist and right foot. The wrist got well quickly, but the foot, which did not trouble me much at the beginning, got worse and worse for a year, till, by next harvest, I had to walk with a stick and be helped in going up any stairs. I did not go to a doctor, as I had been trying to treat myself in Christian Science, but after enduring much pain and being unable to heal myself, I went to a practitioner and asked for help. I went into the room walking with a stick, and came out perfectly sound. I have never felt anything more the matter, the right foot being now the same as the other one. I am a working man, and it is a matter of great importance that I should be able to walk about, lift heavy weights, etc.

I am very grateful for this, and for several other healings I have had in Christian Science.
