A few years ago, while playing baseball, I had the misfortune to receive a serious injury, the collar-bone protruding from its place and causing much pain. A Christian Science practitioner was called immediately. She had the arm placed in a sling for convenience, but the bone was not set by a physician. After one week's treatment in Christian Science the injury was repaired, the swelling had gone down, and I was able to use my arm as before, much to the surprise of those who knew of the case. For the past fourteen years I have had numerous demonstrations of the power of this great truth to heal sickness and sin. For these benefits and for constant protection I am very grateful to God, and to Mrs. Eddy.
