I have long felt a desire to express my gratitude for what Christian Science has done for me. I did not come into Christian Science for the physical healing, but I had always been looking for a God to whom I could go for help in overcoming the errors that seem to surround us in our daily life, though I did not find what I was searching for until I learned in Christian Science that God is Love, and that in Him, as the apostle Paul tells us, "we live, and move, and have our being." This truth is more beautiful to me than words can express.
About two and a half years ago four malignant growths appeared under my arm. I thought at first that I would try to meet this discord myself, but after two days the pain was so great that it seemed best to ask for help. I called up a practitioner, and almost immediately the pain stopped. In a very short time all trace of the bunches was gone, and they have never returned. I also had a very severe fall a few months ago, which injured my left side. The fear was more than I felt able to overcome, so I asked for help, and the suffering was destroyed in a very short time. I cannot express my gratitude in words for the healing power of divine Love, and also for the understanding of this priceless truth, but I hope my life may prove it. God bless our beloved Leader for bringing this truth to humanity.—Jennie A. McLean, Brooklyn, N. Y.
