I wish to give my testimony, hoping that it may be a source of help to some one. When I was a child I was subject to spells of depression which would last three or four days, and as I grew older these conditions came more frequently and lasted longer, until a few years ago I would pass several months at a time without experiencing the least ray of happiness. I was at the time taking a course in one of the business schools, and I was advised that it would be useless to continue with my studies, as the strain of thought in which I lived was so felt by those about me that I could not be employed by any one.

A Christian Scientist stood by me, however, and although my healing was very slow, I can truly say that during the past year there has not been a happier person than I. I have healed of several physical ailments, and for this I am very grateful, but no one except those who have experienced the mental agonies which I have gone through can realize how grateful I must be for the peace of mind which I now possess,—grateful that I see the "true Light," which dispels all darkness. I am also grateful to our Leader, who has lived so close to God as to be able to reveal this truth to poor, suffering humanity.
