I wish to say, from the results in my own case, that all the suffering at childbirth may be avoided if Christian Science is relied upon in place of medicine. This was proved after several months of severe suffering with a weakness peculiar to women, and when I was physically unable to meet the occasion, being weakened by suffering and hard work. After about thirty-six hours of intense misery, without making any progress, a Christian Science practitioner was called. Very soon all was right, and there was no more suffering. Nine days' treatment completely healed me. I have had no return of the trouble, and this was more than seven years ago. Another experience was very different, for I had prior treatment in Christian Science, and the doctor was in the house only a very few minutes. I shall be glad to give further information on this subject if it be desired. This is but one proof of the many things which God has done for our family in Christian Science.
Mrs. Laura Cantwell LeMeur, San Bernardino, Cal.
