When reading others' testimonies in the Sentinel I have...

When reading others' testimonies in the Sentinel I have asked myself more than once why I refrained from giving mine. I had allowed the fact that so many experiences seemed wonderful compared to anything I could write, to be my excuse, and I acknowledge my remissness in so doing, when I really have so much for which to offer praise. I have learned not only to overcome many of the minor ailments and to help others to some extent, but in two instances through the faithful work of a kind practitioner I have been healed of what would probably have been serious and protracted illnesses. During the past few months I have been able to realize much needed physical strengh, which I am sure I should have lacked without some knowledge of Christian Science. I am learning slowly, but I hope surely, to love God and my fellow-men more, and because of the teachings of our Christlike Leader, Mrs. Eddy, the truths of the Bible are becoming more applicable to daily life; especially are they helping me to cast the beam out of my own eye before trying to remove the mote from my brother's eye. The articles in the Sentinel are exceedingly helpful. To make practical the teachings of Christian Science is indeed to hasten the day when all shall know the Lord, "from the least to the greatest."
