A special meeting of the members of First Church of Christ, Scientist, of Concord, N. H., presided over by Dr. John H. Worthen, president of the church and chairman of the board of trustees, was held at the conclusion of the regular Wednesday evening service, in the beautiful church edifice which is the gift of Mrs. Eddy. The purpose of the meeting was the adoption of a letter to the Rev. Mary Baker G. Eddy, in view of her recent departure from Concord for her Massachusetts home. The letter concerning Mrs. Eddy's removal from Concord reads as follows:—
