LETTERS TO OUR LEADER

Concord, N. H., May 29, 1907.

Mrs. Mary Baker G. Eddy, Concord, N. H.

My Dear Madam:—I feel it my duty, as well as a great pleasure, to express to you my sincere thanks and high appreciation for the great honor you have bestowed upon the old veterans of the G.A.R. in Concord, by sending us an invitation to attend your church on Memorial Sunday, May 26. I can truly say that the service rendered us on that occasion was the best we ever had; and the passing out through your beautiful room and receiving the hearty hand-shake from the ladies of your church was an honor and a pleasure long to remembered by the Grand Army boys.
