More than a year ago, in the eightieth year of my age, I was remarkably healed in Christian Science from trouble with my eyes and ears, and also from weakness of the kidneys. My sight and hearing both failed to a great extent, so that I heard with increasing difficulty and could read but a page or two in a book at a time. A physician said that my ear-drums had thickened, and that nothing could be done to help my hearing, and an oculist said that the failure of my eyes was due to old age, and that nothing could be done. I applied to a Christian Science practitioner, and in a few weeks I could hear as well as at any time in twenty years. My ability to see improved almost from the first, until I finally got so that I could read all that I had any occasion to. Last of all, I was relieved of the weakness of the kidneys. It is more than a year since I stopped treatment, but I have suffered no return of my former troubles. I am very grateful for the help which Christian Science has given me.—Sanford M.
