Like so many thousands of others, I too have been...
Like so many thousands of others, I too have been healed in Christian Science, and I want to send out my word of love and gratitude for the peace and strength that have come to me from the knowledge of this unerring truth. Dear Mrs. Eddy! How we all love her for her life of sacrifice, her struggles, her triumphs over matter, and how little do we realize how easy she has made the rough places for us. She has removed the rocks from the stony pathway, and we follow on, blessing and loving her as we go. It is nearly two years since I came into the realization of man's birthright to health and happiness, and through the help of loving friends I have been able to overcome stomach and heart trouble, and many other ills of the flesh. I know that when I do not bring out the truth, it is not Christian Science which is at fault, but my own wrong thinking; and no sooner do I realize this than I think of Mrs. Eddy's message to us, in which she says, "Keep your minds so filled with Truth and Love that sin, disease, and death cannot enter them" (Sentinel, Oct. 6, 1906) and lo. I am once more made whole, and am filled with the consciousness of that divine Love which knows no change. My gratitude to our beloved and loving Leader overflows and reaches out not only to her, but to all who are toiling and striving to reach the Horeb heights.
Clara Sanger, New York, N. Y.
