I wish to express my gratitude for what Christian Science has done for me. In 1903, when my little boy was born, I had Science treatment, and the birth was absolutely painless and of short duration. The baby's eyes were very red and inflamed, and the nurse thought he could not see. I at once wrote to a practitioner, and in a few days the redness disappeared. The physician in attendance thought my case almost a miracle.

I also had a wonderful demonstration a few weeks ago. One morning, while coming down the stairs, I fell and sprained my ankle quite severely. I declared the truth the best I could, and all went well until after dinner, when I felt a severe pain in my foot and could not move. What was I to do, all alone with a little child, unable to move, work to be done, and no Scientist to call? Then came the sweet, calm thought of divine Love as my physician. I realized that He is both able and willing to help all His children, and all pain left me. I was free, able to walk down stairs and do my work. I wish to thank Mrs. Eddy for the help received in Christian Science.
