I wish to speak of the great benefits I have had through...
I wish to speak of the great benefits I have had through Christian Science. I had a trouble come on me which baffled six of the best physicians I could find. I could not get any help from them or their medicine while I was under their care, about five years, growing worse all the time until I became helpless, not even able to feed, dress, or help myself in any way. The doctors called my trouble creeping paralysis.
My sister, as a last hope, took me to a Christian Scientist in Fall River. As I could not walk, they took me like an infant from the carriage to the cars, and that way to the office of the practitioner, and the same way back. He gave me great encouragement and hope, and I can truly say that inside of three months I was perfectly well and could work as well as ever. I was free from all discords and bad feeling, which after these many years have never returned in any form.
I thank God daily for His goodness, and I thank Mrs. Eddy for giving to the world Christian Science. I also thank my practitioner for his faithful labors in Christian Science, which is the way to health.
