A lecture on Christian Science was delivered by Frank H. Leonard, at Third Church of Christ, Scientist, on Thursday evening, March 3.

Charles E. Burnham, First Reader of Third Church of Christ, Scientist, in introducing the speaker of the evening, said in part:—

The subject to which you are asked to give your attention is one which is commending itself to thinking people throughout the civilized world, and which merits the respect of every earnest seeker for Truth, for what it has done and is doing for humanity. Christian Science is giving "light to them that sit in darkness;" it is giving courage to the despondent, hope to the despairing, health to the sick, and salvation to the sinful. Could any greater blessing be given to mankind!
