I desire to express my gratitude for what Christian Science has done for me. Fifteen years ago I was a physical wreck. When I had reached the point where I thought I could never be well, this truth was brought to my notice. I had never heard of it, but my kind friend explained the healing power of Truth to me and said she would treat me if I were willing. I consented, but had no faith that it would do me any good. To my great surprise, however, in less than twenty-four hours I was healed of rheumatism, from which I had suffered severely for many years.

In a short time after my healing I had the privilege of class instruction from one of Mrs. Eddy's students. Since that time I have been a student of the Bible and Science and Health, and an earnest worker in our Master's vineyard. After my healing, the medicine chest was emptied of its contents and never again has there been a drug given to a member of our family. We have had many temptations in the form of sickness, such as measles, typhoid fever, scarlet fever, whooping cough, and mumps, but divine Love has proved a present help in every time of need.

Words are inadequate to express my gratitude to Mrs. Eddy and the dear one who so kindly showed me the way out of darkness into light.
