Writers who criticise the literary productions of Mrs. Eddy...

New York Advertiser-Gazette

Writers who criticise the literary productions of Mrs. Eddy and the Publication Committee will observe that what they write is in a kindly spirit, free from mud slinging and all abuse. They argue instead of abuse. Those who contend with them should do so in the same kindly spirit, answering argument with argument, advancing theory and facts against their theories and facts. This is eminently fair and sound. The theory of Christian Science is being widely discussed, pro and con, has even been in the courts in efforts to suppress it, and this alone makes it a subject for fair discussion.—New York Advertiser-Gazette.
