The truth of the healing power of Christian Science has been proved efficacious to me through the overcoming of ailments from which I suffered for years. One of these was named by the physicians in attendance, intestinal indigestion. I was constantly under care of physicians and wedded to material remedies until I took treatment from Christian Scientists and received great benefit, sufficient to lead me to its text-book, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mrs. Eddy. Through the enlarged spiritual understanding that came by reading and study, the old conditions of pain and suffering left me. I severed my former church connections, receiving from them kind words of regret.—L. L., Gloucester, Mass.
