I was led to Christian Science by one who, on three occasions, in reply to my expressed wishes to be rid of my physical ailments, suggested that I try Christian Science.

After having Christian Science called to my attention the third time, I awakened sufficiently to go to a Scientist to make inquiry, and afterwards decided to take treatment, although the religious part of Science did not appeal to me. I was not looking for religion, I wanted to get rid of my physical troubles, and get rid of them quickly, but I didn't get rid of them quickly, and am thankful for my seemingly slow healing. Had my healing been instantaneous I do not believe this testimony would ever have been written.

Some of my former ailments have passed away almost imperceptibly, and mortal mind has more than once offered the suggestion that I would have gotten well anyhow, but I know what healed me.
