Growing Confidence in Christian Science
Town Talk,
The growing confidence which is placed in Christian Science by the public in general, and by some physicians in particular, is admirably illustrated by an article in your issue of May 3, wherein a physician is made to say:—
"Before I lie down on an operating table, I'm going to exhaust the resources of Christian Science."
It is now widely known that Christian Science is daily and hourly healing the sick of organic and inorganic, of chronic and acute diseases, and often after their cases have been abandoned as hopeless by those schooled in materia medica. There is hardly a reader of your valued columns who does not know of some such case, either in his own family or among friends.
