Abundance
THE twenty-second chapter of 1st Chronicles is one that ought to be interesting to every Christian Scientist at this hour. There is no thought of poverty or lack expressed in this chapter. In almost every verse abundance is emphasized.
God giveth us the increase through our advancement in spiritual understanding. God knows what we want ere we ask Him, and He answers before we call; therefore, in proportion to our trust and faith, it will come to us. We manifest the riches of the law when we express the qualities through which the riches flow.
We could never have a poverty of joy, goodness, humility, grace, or meekness if we had faith in the promises and understood the divine law. Our riches are in the possession of these qualities of thought.
