In May, 1901, I was running a Burleigh machine, sinking a shaft, and one night as I was blocking it in position it fell and caught me in the back and abdomen and injured me internally, causing hemorrhage, from which I suffered terribly.
I placed my case in the hands of a Christian Science practitioner and she immediately began treatment. This was on Saturday. The following Wednesday I went to work again entirely healed of the injury and rheumatism, which had bothered me for about ten years. Have never had an attack of it since. May the good work go on.
