The Right Means
Nicholson (Pa.) Examiner
Is Christian Science illogical because it heals a man by mental means rather than through his stomach ? Then Jesus was illogical, because this is the way he healed, and taught his followers to heal. From the standpoint of common sense we should strive to deal with cause rather than effect, and this is precisely what Christian Science does in correcting a man's sinful thoughts that he may enjoy better health. It is because Christian Science deals its hardest blows at sin, that it corrects the tendency to be sick and suffer.
