A Word from a Little Boy

As I have seen other children's testimonies in the Sentinel, I thought I would like to give one.

A few weeks ago I was playing baseball in a field close by. Necessity compelled us to have a pitcher who pitched swiftly but badly. One of these balls the batsman struck at, but only succeeded in making a foul, which struck the catcher on his left eye.

The boy was not a Scientist and wore glasses. The ball knocked one glass against his eye and twisted the framework of the glasses. The boy seemed to be in great pain, and exclaimed that he could not see, and that he was blind.

I began to give him good thoughts instantly, and in a minute or two he calmed down and went home for a little while. I kept treating him, and in about five minutes he came back, and said that he was all right. As far as I can tell he did not put anything on his eye.
