What kind of atmosphere do we live in?
The atmosphere we live in is more than the air we breathe. Doesn't it also include the mental atmosphere we express and accept?

In an age when so many people fear that accidents will occur at nuclear power plants and that dangerous levels of radioactivity will be released, we need help urgently. Almost daily the news media report on the chemically polluted atmosphere or on the dangers of increased exposure to radiation.
Individual governments have tried to bring about protective measures for their populations. But they freely admit at the same time that there cannot be any such thing as complete safety. The atmosphere of life seems to have been poisoned or, at least, quite clouded.
