The Beauty of the Situation

How many times daily are we faced with the need to look out from the mount of vision rather than up to it—to exercise given inspiration rather than merely seek human counsel for the solution of problems? The suggestion may come momentarily, hourly, or daily, that we are mortal, therefore inadequate, even helpless, human beings. But do we have to believe it? Not if we are alert and receptive to this spiritual truth: We are God's perfect expression and therefore always in a harmonious situation.

God's power is omnipotent; comprehending it, we can heal decisively. No matter what the illusive, material senses indicate— whether it be disillusionment, discouragement, or fear, we need not bow before lies. God gives us dominion and enables us to demonstrate it. The solution to our problems does not lie anywhere but in God. We can look to Him for the intelligence we need right now. When we do this we discern His creation through the lens of spiritual inspiration. This discernment heals.

I recently found myself in the midst of a very unhappy relationship. There were times when I seemed so stirred by emotions that I couldn't think clearly. Sensitivity, self-righteousness, injustice, clouded my thought.
