MILLENNIUM

Retaliation?
Is this the way to heal
a troubled situation?
Will men ever learn
that vengeance and wrath
are joy-cheating tools—
the self-defeating
weapons of fools?
Did not the Lord say,
"Vengeance is mine;
I will repay"?
Not evil-instigated
and hate-agitated
retaliation,
but divinely inspired
and Love-motivated,
compassionate understanding,
on the part of all men,
will eventually resolve
every erroneous
human situation,
and bring about
the peace of God.
All are His children—
in every nation.
