Inseparable from God

Man's oneness, or unity, with God is a basic teaching of Christian Science. In Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy man is defined as follows: "The compound idea of infinite Spirit; the spiritual image and likeness of God; the full representation of Mind." Science and Health, p. 591; This gains even more significance when we read Mrs. Eddy's definition of God: "The great I am; the all-knowing, all-seeing, all-acting, all-wise, all-loving, and eternal; Principle; Mind; Soul; Spirit; Life; Truth; Love; all substance; intelligence." ibid., p. 587;
