Thank You, God!
Loretta liked to play all kinds of games like jacks and hopscotch. And she liked to jump rope and skip down the hill to her school bus stop.
But one day Loretta didn't want to play. She didn't feel well. It was right in the middle of school, so she asked her teacher if she could go home.
Loretta's dad was working at home that day, so he came and got her. On the way home Dad sang hymns to Loretta from the Christian Science Hymnal. One line Dad sang is by Mary Baker Eddy. It says, "Love wipes your tears all away." Hymnal, No. 298; Loretta knew that Love is another word for God.
