Christian Science has been a blessing to me for many years. I gratefully acknowledge God's love and abundance during a recent business experience.

Our manufacturing establishment was faced with seeming disaster because of dislocations and sudden cutoff of basic materials needed to produce our products. This, coupled with apparent government confusion in the needed handling of the situation, promised little help for the future.

The announcements describing the events came over my car radio while I was traveling some distance from the plant. During my return, the alternatives in my thoughts presaged a time of great loss and confusion. Viewing the situation, I could see no immediate help from a human standpoint. I finally asked myself, How would Christ Jesus have handled the problem? Immediately the story of Jesus feeding the multitude as described in Matthew, Chapter 14, came to me. The Master's disciples had despaired and saw very little with which to work. Jesus understood God, Spirit, to be the only source of supply, and he proceeded to feed the multitude with ample supply, and basketfuls left over.
