It is not necessary to understand all that Mary Baker Eddy has written in Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures to have a healing, but you do need to be receptive to God, the one Mind, who is governing us all.

One evening after attending a testimony meeting in a branch Church of Christ, Scientist, I found I had been healed of a cold, as well as of a stiff neck.

A few months later I was healed of a stomach disorder I had had for nine years and a physician had diagnosed as colitis. I suffered attacks that were extremely painful and seemed to be connected with nerves and diet. The night of the last attack I asked my husband to pray for me in Science, as I did not seem able to help myself. After several hours I drifted off to sleep to wake the next morning free, completely healed. That was five years ago, and I am still free of that condition.
