From early childhood I suffered from migraine

From early childhood I suffered from migraine. When I became interested in Christian Science, I stopped using medicine to get relief, but I continued to have frequent attacks. One afternoon while attending the theater, I had a very severe headache; and afterward it was difficult getting home. Realizing that I must have help, I telephoned a Christian Science practitioner. When I told her I had seen an unhappy play and perhaps that was why I felt so miserable, she said, "Oh, you didn't believe that nonsense, did you?" At this I laughed. Suddenly I realized that suffering was not real, either in or out of the theater. Instantly the headache and sickness disappeared.

My husband was amazed when I went into the kitchen, prepared dinner, and enjoyed eating it. I hadn't a trace of illness! I am happy to say I have never again had migraine. When the suggestion of a headache has come, I am no longer afraid, and the trouble is quickly and easily dismissed.

Another healing was that of an injured back from a fall. After struggling to help myself through prayer for two days, I called a practitioner. Shortly thereafter, when I was lying in bed, I felt an adjustment take place in my spine, and immediately the pain and difficulty ceased.
