Every individual possesses a nature beyond reproach—his perfect, spiritual selfhood. This selfhood has no part in the idiosyncrasies of mortal judgment because it includes no element opposed to its divine, unerring source, God, eternal Mind.
Individuality is expressed in limitless forms, but these multitudinous expressions are all emanations of the one perfect creator, God—hence their goodness, and separateness from matter and evil.
Human judgments of oneself and others are all too often based upon the concept that man is a mortal personality. Thus people are often judged from the basis of human beliefs regarding the sex, age, race, religion, or heredity of mortal personality. These beliefs tend to rivet one's attention on presumed inadequacies or, perhaps, on certain supposed humanly inherited talents or virtues.
