Who Is at the Controls?
When the pilot of an aircraft turns the controls over to his copilot, he is apt to say, "It's all yours!" And when returning the controls to the captain, the copilot may repeat the same words.
Would it not be wonderful, when we are troubled about something, if we would say to God, "It's all Yours!" and then surrender to Him the control that is rightfully His? We are too inclined to try to do all the controlling ourselves, without asking the Father's help!
What do we read in the Bible? "Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths." Prov. 3:5,6
