On page 15 of Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy we read: "In order to pray aright, we must enter into the closet and shut the door. We must close the lips and silence the material senses. In the quiet sanctuary of earnest longings, we must deny sin and plead God's allness."

Christian Science has been my only physician for more than thirty years and has supplied me with every human need. One morning about three years ago, upon leaving my home, walking down the path to the street, I met my neighbor, a young married woman. I was greeted with the words, "My, but you have a beautiful cold." I had had this cold for several days. I responded to her statement by saying, "Don't pin that on me." Knowing that I was interested in Christian Science, she would occasionally chide me for not using medicine for healing. She looked at me and smiled. I went about my business, keeping my thought in the realm of God's allness. The next morning when I awoke, I was completely free from the symptoms of cold. I have had much less trouble from colds since. Previously I had had them every year of my life.

Following is another healing, which was to me outstanding, instantaneous and permanent. It took place about seven years ago. I hope that this healing may help someone on the way.
