"Our sufficiency is of God"

Mankind desperately need to awaken to a quickened recognition of the availability of the all-presence and power of God. Paul the Apostle declared with authority, "Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think any thing as of ourselves; but our sufficiency is of God." II Cor. 3:5;

God's provision for man, His beloved son, is always ample, never inadequate or ineffectual. He gives man his ability, his capacity for righteousness, his spiritual animus. The understanding of this fact, taught in Christian Science, protects us daily from illness and accident and makes it possible for us to prosper in whatever line of activity we may be engaged.

In a world of difficulty and change, when anguished cries of lack and abject poverty are heard on many sides and there is faulty distribution of the bare necessities of human life, we must know that the solution of any problem is not in men and human methods but in God and in man's inseparable relationship to Him.
