LAW OF LOVE

Margaret E. Singleton

Who first pours thanks prepares his heart
for future glory-filling,
clears a place for joy to start
the instant he is willing.

His gratitude for blessings given—
all known, all yet unknown—
opens wide the gates of heaven
for claiming as his own.
