Words of Current Interest
The words in this issue are related to the Lesson-Sermon in the CHRISTIAN SCIENCE QUARTERLY designated to be read in Christian Science churches on February 12, 1967.
They looked unto him, and were lightened: and their faces were not ashamed (Ps. 34:5)
Most ancient versions of the Bible and a number of modern translators take these verbs as imperatives. Thus Smith translates, "Look at me and so be jubilant, And let not your faces be abashed"; Moffatt's rendering is, "Look to him, and you shall beam with joy, you shall never be abashed."
How amiable are thy tabernacles (Ps. 84:1)
