"During the battle the victory claim"

The Bible assures us, "The Lord God omnipotent reigneth."^{Rev. 19:6;}

What a blessing it is that we can turn to God, Love, in prayer and be healed! No matter how severe a case of sickness, sorrow, lack, sin, or accident may appear to be, right then and there we can "during the battle the victory claim,"^{Christian Science Hymnal, No. 204;} as a hymn says. In other words, through prayer based on spiritual understanding we find that God's help is always available to us. This understanding reveals the true nature of God as unchanging good; also, it shows man's unbroken relationship with the heavenly Maker as His spiritual, perfect image, or idea. This is our true and genuine identity as the reflection of eternal Spirit.

As one allows his thinking to be imbued with these spiritual facts, harmony, good health, freedom, purity, and joy are manifested in his human experience.
