The words in this issue are related to the Lesson-Sermon in the CHRISTIAN SCIENCE QUARTERLY designated to be read in Christian Science churches on February 5, 1967.

Into one Spirit (I Cor. 12:13)

The Greek preposition eis (into) does not appear at this point in the best New Testament manuscripts which have come down to us. Phillips translates, "We have all had experience of the same Spirit"; and Moffatt, "We have all been imbued with one Spirit."

We are debtors, not to the flesh, to live after the flesh (Rom, 8:12)
