It is with a great sense of gratitude for Mary Baker Eddy and for Christian Science, which she discovered, that I write this testimony. This Science has enabled me to understand in ever-increasing measure the constant love with which our Father-Mother God cares for us.

About seven years ago I began to experience a physical disturbance which caused me to look more deeply into my understanding of man's relation to God. In spite of my attempt to realize that God created all and that it could be only good, or Godlike, the problem persisted. It reached a climax one night, and it seemed necessary to call a practitioner for help. I was grateful for the prompt response, but I found that my relief came only after I had released my own sense of responsibility about this problem.

Declaring aloud "the scientific statement of being," found on page 468 of the textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures'' by Mrs. Eddy, I thought: "There, that's all I can do. That's the truth. The practitioner has done his work. The rest is up to God." Then I completely gave up any further attempt to fight with the error, relaxing in the statement's assurance that "all is infinite Mind and its infinite manifestation, for God is All-in-all."
