I should like to express my deep thanks for the many blessings and beautiful proofs of God's healing power which Christian Science has brought me. In the year 1932 my mother was healed of abdominal cancer. Improvement began at once with the first treatment by a Christian Science practitioner, and my mother was quickly freed. Today she is over ninety years old and has since that time consulted no physician.

A short time after Christian Science had come into our home, our youngest son came home from school with impetigo. I was afraid of it. Job said (3:25), "The thing which I greatly feared is come upon me." I became infected also. I consulted a physician, who said that the condition could last a year or longer. Not until then did it occur to me that Science could heal this condition also.

No medical remedies were used, and I asked for Science treatment. The practitioner told me to purify my thinking. I studied this sentence from Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy (p. 162): "Christian Science brings to the body the sunlight of Truth, which invigorates and purifies." Immediately there was a change for the better, and in a short time my son and I were free of the disease.
